1 egg yolk + 5 egg whites, 1/4 cup raw spinach, bell peppers
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate

1 Glucosamine/Chondroiten

12:30pm
2 slices Wonder Light WW Bread
3oz tuna mixed with 1 oz celery, 1 tblsp FF mayo, 4 pickle slices
1 Diet 7UP

1 Glucosamine/Chondroiten
1 Calcium Chew

1:10pm
1/2 oz peanuts
1 PB-sandwich cracker

1:55pm
3 Ibuprofin -- I have a headache....

2:55pm
2/3 cup 1% cottage cheese + 1/2 oz sliced almonds
2 5/8 oz strawberries

~ 4:30pm -- Walk 1 hour
**Didn't really feel like going to the gym today....

6:45pm
4.625 oz chicken
6 broccoli florets, ~ 1/2 cup asparagus
Mixed with leftover Thai takeout veggies with Hot sauce

7:30pm
4oz strawberries + 2 tblsp FF Cool Whip

8pm
piece of hubby's pizza (cheese, broccoli, mushrooms)
very small piece

10:40pm
1/2 oz unsalted whole almonds

Totals: 1499 cals, 45g fat/28% (9g sat & poly, 15g mono), 23g fiber,
124g carb/28%, 156g protein/44%

Leg Extensions: 90lbs, 2x10, 1x12
Leg Curls: 90lbs, 1x9, 1x10, 1x12
Lunges: 20lb DBs, 2x24 (12 each leg); 25lb DBs, 1x24

Squats: 40lbs added to bar -- 1x22
(feeling all amped up now)

Elliptical -- 20 mins

PWO: 6oz skim milk, water + 1 scoop Protein Powder
(drank 5 mins after getting off elliptical)
