Monday April 25th cont'd

This week in our city is "Restaurant Week" so we decided to go out to eat.

Cheat Meal!! (helluva lot of calories)

4 martinis
2 rolls with butter (I forgot how truly decadent this was)
2 Shrimp (big ones)
Sliced Flat Iron Steak with glazed carrots & garlic mashed potatoes
(could not remotely finish this)
Black Forest Cheesecake
 
Tuesday April 26th

Waking Temp: 99 degrees :I gots the Fever!:

8:30am -- Did Yummy Yoga....23 mins

9:45am
1 Turkey Burger Patty
1 egg yolk + 5 egg whites, 1/4 cup raw spinach, bell peppers
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate

1 Glucosamine/Chondroiten

1/2 oz peanuts
1 PB-sandwich cracker

1:55pm
3 Ibuprofin -- I have a headache....

2:55pm
2/3 cup 1% cottage cheese + 1/2 oz sliced almonds
2 5/8 oz strawberries

Mixed with leftover Thai takeout veggies with Hot sauce

7:30pm
4oz strawberries + 2 tblsp FF Cool Whip

I'm glad u are liking the turkey burgers. Last nite I was makign my food for today and I just mawed on a 1/2 burger that I had left over. For 97% fat free, I just craved the fat. I sucked that puppy down like it a was a Dunkin Donut!

BTW have I mentioned that Dietex kills your appetite flat?
