8:25am -- Run/Walk 40 mins
Warmup: 8 mins; Run ~ 2 1/4 mile sections; walk remainder of time
**Had NO energy -- my whole body felt like a lead weight; didn't get much out of this session
HR monitor shows 250 cals burned

9:15am
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate

9:40am
1 Turkey Burger Patty
Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 4 whites, 1 slice FF cheese, peppers & onions

10:15am
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate

12:00pm
3oz COS pouch salmon, 1 tblsp FF mayo, 1/2 tblsp relish, 3/4 oz celery
8 Triscuit Rye crackers
1 Diet 7UP
1 calcium chew


3:15pm
1 TJs Buffalo Burger
1/4 cup sauteed Balsamic Onions
Small Green salad with celery & radish, 1 tblsp ACV, 1 tblsp Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
5 Strawberries with FF Cool Whip

3:45pm
1 Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

3:50pm
2 Glucorell (forgot to take them 1st)
1 Diet Pepsi (still in a fog)

1.5 cups sticky white rice
~ 1.5 cups veggies with shrimp/pork/chicken (I would guess about 1 oz each)
2 oz extra added chicken
2 blocks chocolate
 
hmmm.... sticky white rice.... hmmm tell me it was yummy!!! believe it or not that is my favorite. as a child I ate that breakfast, lunch and dinner...

EXCELLENT!! It was so sticky I could pick it up with the chopsticks.

Funny -- I feel so much better after eating those carbs...today ended up being a high carb day.....

Morning temp: 97.8

**Decided not to do the 5k today due to possible heavy rain but it's not raining!

9:30am
1 Turkey Burger patty
1 egg yolk + 5 whites with spinach & peppers
2 mugs coffee + Coffeemate

Walked down to the Health & Fitness Fair....walked around -- got 3 bags of free samples!!

~ 1:30pm
Steak & Veggies on a Tortilla (wrap sammich)
Beans & Rice
~ 1/4 cup Cole Slaw

** They had Body Fat testing at the fair via calipers & a large Tanita Scale. (It's a $3,000 scale according to the guy @ the booth)
Body Fat = 35.6% on the $3,000 Tanita Scale
Body Fat = 27% via calipers :mad:


3:50pm
1/2 oz peanuts

Damn girl - you need to get calipered in ATL! We all know about tanita scales no matter how expensive they are.

Yeah, I'll be bringing my calipers with me....

LOL @ the $3,000 Tanita -- the guy brought that up when I said 35.6% can't be right..... :lmao:

I was calipered today @ 27% right after that....
