Omelette with: 1 egg yolk + 5 egg whites, 1 7/8 oz steak, spoonful diced tomatoes (canned tomatoes), about 1/4 cup mushrooms/bell peppers, 1 slice FF cheese
1/2 cup white potatoes
1 mug coffee with 2 tblsp Coffeemate

10:15am
1 mug coffee with 2 tblsp Coffeemate

1pm
2 slices Wonder Light Wheat Bread
2 7/8 oz Tuna mixed with 1 tblsp FF Mayo, 1/2 tblsp relish, 1 oz bell pepper
1 Diet 7UP
1 Calcium Chew

3:10pm
1.75oz Healthy Choice Turkey Breast with mustard

3:40pm
1oz. peanuts

2 tblsp Kraft CarbWell Ranch Dressing mixed with ACV
Large green salad with: lettuce, 4 Kalamata olives, radish, cucumber, tomato wedges, red cabbage, green bell pepper, onion (large takeout salad)

7:50pm
.33 cup of SF Jello with FF Cool Whip

8:45pm
1/2 piece of cake hubby was eating :rolleyes:
At least I made it eggless & oil free

10pm
1/2 oz almonds

Totals: 1503 cals, 54g fat/34% (12g sat, 10g poly, 19g mono),
110g carb/26%, 18g fiber, 147g protein/41%

Working on filing my State Taxes..... Glad I have an Acctg Degree -- our state form is confusing!! And after being unemployed since last June -- I actually OWE taxes!! :mad:

I have no clue....well, yes, I do..... When you receive unemployment compensation, it's not taxed at the state level, but you still owe State Tax on the income. :rolleyes:

It's taxed @ the Federal Level, hence my Fed tax refund....

I know here is the same way... If you recieve Unemployment and opt to not take state taxes out you end up paying state!

that is actually where the term "poor tax" originated

yep.....if you dont get the state wo withhold their portion of the unemployment(which is weird..the stae is taxing their own money)..you have to come up with it as if you were drawing a regular paycheck and did not pull taxes out

Oh - ok that makes sense.

My mother had to pay taxes this year, she hasn't had a job since 1963.

I wish I could make this stuff up.

Well, here, there's no choice -- you can't take state tax out of state unemployment compensation....they just "don't do that" here :rolleyes:
