1 WW English Muffin + 1 tblsp SF Jelly
2 5/8 oz scrapple + 1 tblsp ketchup

Good morning!! How ya doin'??

Scrapple is a Pennsylvania Dutch thing -- closest thing it resembles is sausage, but it's in a loaf shape. It's a mix of pork scraps, cornmeal, spices & water. You fry it up & I like it with ketchup..... :p

Superset -- 5 sets -- 30 sec each -- Bicycle & Scissors
Superset:
Incline DB Flyes -- 3x10@25lb DBs
Incline DB Presses -- 2x8@35lb DBs; 1x8@30lb DBs -- Felt like I wasn't getting the move right with the 35s, so I dropped the weight
Cable Crossovers -- 2x10@40lbs each side, 1x10@50lbs each side

Walk home -- 35 mins
HR monitor shows 374 cals burned

2:00pm
Green salad with 3/4oz radish, 1oz bell pepper, fresh mushrooms
2 Tblsp. Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
2 Homemade Crab Cakes (6oz total)
Homemade Tartar Sauce: 2 tblsp FF mayo, 1/2 tblsp relish, Dash worcestershire sauce, Mrs Dash, Small spoonful horseradish
1 Diet Pepsi

5pm
1/2 oz. almonds
