3 7/8 oz tuna, 1/2 Carbdown Flatbread, 2 tblsp cheese, 1 tblsp wasabi mayo, 3 slices tomato
Had to have some chocolate -- 1 serving Jello FF Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding
Over a few hours in the afternoon -- 1 Diet Pepsi, some peanuts (didn't measure -- about half of one of those 2 for $1 bags)
