Right after finished elliptical drank: 1 scoop ON protein powder + 1 tsp. sugar mixed with water
M2 1:45 pm
5 3/8 oz chicken breast, twice-baked sweet potato
M3 4:30pm
Restaurant: Blackened Ahi Tuna (it was a nice sized piece, but don't know the weight) over mesclun greens, with teardrop tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pecans, bacon, creole-mustard-malt viniagrette dressing on the side;
1 bite of hubby's Veggie Sammich; Veggies off the other 1/2 of the sammich (took them off the roll)
3 glasses water
Home: 1 glass Crystal Light Lemonade
1 Calcium chew
8:15pm
I'm cold!! Brrrrr..... I mug (1 packet) Diet Hot Cocoa mix
9pm: 2 tblsp Trader Joe's Crunchy Almond Butter

2/3 cup brown rice, 8 slices yellow squash
~ 1 cup + Chicken Verde (due to the sauce, I logged the chicken in as 1 cup shredded into fitday)
1 glass Crystal Light Lemonade
M3 3:00pm
2 slice Arnold Low Carb Bread, 3oz pork loin, mustard

Total so far: 1342 cals, 41g fat (11g sat, 8g poly, 14g mono), 95g carb, 15g fiber, 144g protein
Hmmmm, will have to think of something to have before bed.... suggestions??

Hams said:Cottage cheese and peanut butter or almond butter or flax oil or all three. I try to get 300-350 quality protein and fat calories in me before bed. If I don't I wake up around 3 in the morning starving and have to get up and eat. It sucks. Sometimes it happens anyway. I've gotten to where I put a protein shake and a couple tablespoons of almond butter by my bed at night just in case. By the way, your meal 4 sounds delicious.

Per Shadow, today I can only have 10xmy bw, which is 145.....so any of those would take me over my cals for the day.... I need to buy some cott. cheese too....
