Yep, like a pita, but rectangular & no pocket -- found them @ Costco & they are considered low-carb cuz they're high in fiber.

Went to Lowe's to buy a plant stand & dirt.....so after checking out I'm pushing the cart to my car, start running with it, jump on & ride a lil ways....did that a couple times....so this guy in a truck stops alongside me & tells me "You're having waaaay to much fun & BTW you're BEAUTIFUL!"

Felt a lil puffy-chested after that.....

Could you give me a breakdown of the turkey burger patty you eat? I get mine at my work cafeteria and looked up the nutritional value online, but it is combined with the whole wheat kaiser roll. I am estimating just the patty to be 250 cals, 0g carbs, 30g protein, 10g fat....and yes, I'm sure the size matters, but mine's looks just like a regular burger patty.
