11:30am -- Had an "Italian Urge"
8 Vegetarian Meatballs (they're very small)
~ 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 TJ's WW Hamburger Roll
2 blocks Dark Chocolate
2:30pm -- Walk, 40 minutes -- up & down "Hell Hill"
(my street is a steep hill, so I walked up & down it at a fast clip)
HR monitor shows 243 cals burned.
On a side note: I feel completely crappy.....gym tonite TBD
