Been pretty active today -- Momo was incontinent for months, so I've been cleaning the carpets all day & washing all the throws/blankets she's lain on.... Vacuuming, running the carpet cleaner, laundry, mopping

3:30pm
2 slices SF WW bread, 3.5oz tuna, 2 tblsp FF mayo, 1/2 oz celery, 1 tsp relish
1 slice FF cheese
1 16oz glass Crystal Light

Step-daughter made them & I couldn't resist....
(added them based on the label as a custom food to be accurate on cals)

Totals: 1658 cals, 48g fat (16g sat, 5g poly, 15g mono), 145g carb, 13g fiber, 151g protein
