the thing is......eating CLEAN generally means you eat "more" food than those who eat doughnuts etc.
 
Hey Shadow...... can I combine a couple weight days this week?? I'm going skiing this Friday & want fresh muscles for it....

For example: Combine Legs with Shoulders, etc??

1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites, 1 oz Gimme Lean
1/4 cup potatoes, 1 tblsp ketchup, 1 spoonful onions/peppers

12:25pm
4oz chicken; 1/2 cup brown rice; 1/4 cup Black Beans; 1oz crushed pineapple
1oz red bell pepper; 1/2 oz celery

2:45pm (well, just finished eating)
2 7/8 oz COS Pouch Salmon; 1 tblsp FF Mayo; 1/2 Tblsp FF Sour Cream
1/4oz bell pepper; 1/2oz celery; 1 tsp. relish; dash hot sauce
7 RF Triscuits
1 Diet Pepsi

I am STARVING today for some reason!! And I'm very upset about my cat, which makes me want to eat..... but, emotion aside -- I'm STARVING!!

1 Diet Ginger Ale
1/2 oz almonds

Didn't go to the gym today cuz of the GIANT heaps of snow we were supposed to get which never arrived..... Hmpf!

It's coming Jen. The snow arrived here in the D.C. area this afternoon (got out of work @ 3 again) and is still hanging around. The storm is moving very slow.

When?? Nothing stuck to the road or anything....I've got more on my car....

Crap!! I'm mad at myself cuz I didn't go to the gym cuz of the "Little Storm that Couldn't"
