(1 egg yolk, 4 whites, 3oz leftover meatloaf, spoonful of onions, 1/4 cup leftover potatoes)

12pm
Pan Quesadilla -- 1 WW tortilla, 1oz shrimp, 2 oz chicken, 1 oz peppers, 1 tblsp black beans, 1 tblsp FF sour cream, 2 tblsp cheese

12:30 - 2:45pm -- Painted the basement walls (not all of them!)

3pm
3oz COS Pouch Salmon, 1 tblsp FF mayo, 1/2oz celery, 1 tsp relish
7 RF Triscuits
1 Diet Pepsi
1/2oz. peanuts

** No gym today -- going skiing tomorrow & want fresh muscles! ;)

3:30 - 4:30
Paint some more......finished up the gallon of paint

Allll Righty Then!! "Martinis for Mutts" didn't work out -- too many darn people!! But that is good in 3 ways -- 1) The Shelter will get a lot of donations, 2) I didn't drink and 3) I didn't spend any money!! Yay!!

Soooooo -- Very Fast Walk -- 1 hour (Brrrr!! It was feckin Freezing!!)

1 can Progresso Chicken Barley Soup
Grilled Cheese -- 2.75oz Healthy Choice Turkey, 3/4oz Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese, Jalapeno Mustard, 2 Slices SF WW Bread

Making cookies for the ski trip tomorrow so:
BIG spoonful cookie dough + 1 cookie :rolleyes:

Totals: 1641 cals, 51g fat (16g sat, 4g poly, 7g mono), 151g carb, 26g fiber, 144g protein

I'm back!! And I'm tired.... figures I didn't sleep well last nite & had to get up at 5 am.... :rolleyes:

Went to a ski area that's easy for me compared to Killington -- their Black Diamond's are easier than K's Learning slope!! So I was able to ski down the slopes pretty fast but tried to make sure to work my legs.... ;)

Anyway, I'm going to log 2 hours of skiing total although I was out on the slopes for about 5....

LOL -- I did some jumps in a terrain park!! Up a snow ramp got some air & BAM! on my ass -- but I kept doing it till I got the landing!! Look out X Games, here I come!! Fun day!!

Little sore this morning -- especially the bruises!! :worried:

Slept in, which felt sooooo good!

1 glass Crystal Light Sunrise
2 mugs coffee + Coffeemate

11:45 am
1 egg yolk + 4 whites; spoonful of veggies; 3oz meatloaf

4oz Banana, 1 tblsp ANPB

1.5 cup Bird's Eye Broccoli/Cauliflower/Red Pepper Veggie Mix + 1 tblsp Parm Cheese
2 Oatmeal choc chip cookies
