Good job! Yeah it would be so much easier for me to have someone take my pictures. Now that would be a cool trick to teach my dog! Yeah o.k.. I have a gift cert for Best buy maybe I can figure out how to work my camera and get a tripod or something. It's hard to try and flex, and get teh camera somewhat positioned and not look stupid...

Whenever I try to take my own pics..... all you see is flash....and if I don't use the flash, then nothing.....
 
Yeah that's why my pics sucked this week. Every time I was flexing my back to take the shot the camera would point in some odd way and then I would have to redo it. My body gets sore just from trying to take photos.... Of course the lighting sucks when I do it also... Ohhhh well.

1/4oz bell pepper; 1/2oz celery; 1 tsp. relish; dash hot sauce
7 RF Triscuits
1 Diet Pepsi

5:15pm
~ 1.5 cups cooked WW penne; ~ 1/2 spaghetti sauce
6 3/8oz chicken breast; parm. cheese
16oz Glass Crystal Light

7:45pm -- Starving again!! :rolleyes: I think I have a tapeworm!!
3/4oz Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese, 2 oz Healthy Choice Turkey, 1 pickle slice
1 Diet Ginger Ale
1/2 oz almonds

10:00pm
1/2 oz almonds

Totals: 1823 cals, 51g fat (14g sat, 7g poly, 18g mono), 165g carb, 21g fiber, 174g protein

Crap!! Not happy with today AT ALL..... :mad:

Been pretty active today -- Momo was incontinent for months, so I've been cleaning the carpets all day & washing all the throws/blankets she's lain on.... :rose:
