I figured out why my numbers weren't adding up. I starting using fitday.com yesterday and noticed that they deduct fiber from the total amount carbs and take that # and times it by four. I was including fiber in my number.

Green Salad with romaine, 1.5oz bell pepper, 1/2oz radish, 1 tblsp Newman's Own Light Balsamic Viniagrette
1 Cup Bird's Eye Asparagus Stir Fry (added some extra asparagus)
"BBQ" Meatloaf (recipe in the recipe thread) -- I'm guessing 5oz of meat on this....

Hey there!! Thanks for reminding me...... I have NOT taken additional photos & need to get my hubby to do them for me..... He did say today I look thinner!! Yay!

1 Pickle Slice (Vlasic stackers); Mustard

Totals: 1518 cals, 57g fat (17g sat, 6g poly, 16g mono), 93g carb, 21g fiber, 159g protein

Pretty good today methinks!
 
Monday Feb. 28

8:30 am -- Pilates Video + 10 min Full Body W/O (29 mins)

9:15am
2 mugs coffee + Coffeemate

10am
1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites, 1 oz Gimme Lean
1/4 cup potatoes, 1 tblsp ketchup, 1 spoonful onions/peppers
