Walk to/from bank & produce market, ~ 1 hour walk, maybe 50 minutes

Mixed salad greens with 4oz chicken, 1oz peppers, 1/2 each celery & radish
Homemade SW dressing

1 ounce peanuts

2.5oz shrimp, 3oz chicken
Leftover Thai Veggies with extra broccoli & asparagus thrown in

1 hour walk -- in the snow!!
