Slept like a log last nite!! Yay!!
Now we're waiting for the giant snowstorm to arrive.....

AM
2 mugs coffee, 4 tblsp coffeemate

10:30am
1 plain bagel, 4oz smoked salmon, ~ 2 tblsp TJ's Yogurt Cream Cheese

~ 11:30 am
Walk to/from bank & produce market, ~ 1 hour walk, maybe 50 minutes

2pm
Mixed salad greens with 4oz chicken, 1oz peppers, 1/2 each celery & radish
Homemade SW dressing

3pm
1 Diet Pepsi
1 ounce peanuts

5pm
2.5oz shrimp, 3oz chicken
Leftover Thai Veggies with extra broccoli & asparagus thrown in
1 Glass Crystal Light
2 Fun-Pack Peanut M&Ms -- Damn these things!!

6:30 pm
1 hour walk -- in the snow!!

9:30pm
1 Turkey patty, 1 slice FF cheese, 5 egg whites + 1 egg yolk, some ketchup

Totals: Cals 1817, 62g fat (18g sat, 9g poly, 15g mono), 151g carb, 14g fiber, 164g protein

Didn't feel like cooking this morning so....

9:30am
1 scoop protein powder+ 1 tsp. Flax oil in water

10:00 am
24 oz coffee -- decaf + skim milk + 1 splenda + FF French Vanilla Cappucino

Errands: Gas, Walmart, Home Depot where I deadlifted an 80lb bag of concrete

12:15pm
1 serving (~ 5.5oz beef) Beef Stroganoff, 2oz (dry measure) WW noodles

Cardio -- Run around indoor track 9 laps (1 mile), cooldown walk 2 laps

Walk Home 30 mins

6:30pm -- Walk to/from dinner/restaurant -- 14 city blocks each way

Dinner ~ 7pm
Grilled Arugula/Endive Salad with Roasted Red Peppers & Pine Nuts with some type of dressing (forget what it was)
Ribeye steak served with a creole shrimp sauce & black bean grits & asparagus
3 glasses wine
Decaf coffee with whipped cream, Bailey's & Frangelico

9pm
7 RF Triscuits, blue cheese
8oz glass red wine

Now, that was a calorie extravaganza! :worried:

1 WW English Muffin with SF Jelly

11:30am
1 Turkey Patty
5 egg whites + 1 egg yolk

4 pretzels with the Jalapeno Mustard
4 M&Ms

4 3/4 oz chicken breast dipped in mustard

7:30pm ish
Turkey/veggie crumble vegetable/bean chili with 2 tblsp. FF sour cream

JEn...just remember.....thos over indulgences are why your scale isnt droppinf as fast as you want....
