8:30 am -- Run/walk combo -- 30 minutes

9:30 am
2 cups coffee, FF French Vanilla Creamer, FF 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 glass Crystal Light Sunrise

10:00 am
Omelette -- 2 oz ham, couple spoonfuls of veggies (peppers, onions, tomato)
1 egg yolk, 5 egg whites

11am -- 10 minute VOD ab workout

11:30 am
3 oz COS pouch salmon, 1/2 tblsp Wasabi Mayo, 1/2 tblsp FF sour cream
1/2 oz celery, 3 pickle slices, 1/4 oz red onion, chopped tomao
5 RF Triscuits

EEEEEEKKKK!!! Tried on jeans today -- a size 12 is too big!! Yay!! Size 11 in Juniors fit!! (the style was wrong) But I noticed I have back fat..... ugh! :rolleyes:

It was not a good thing to look at my back/rear end in a double mirror..... blech!

Congrats on the smaller size Jens!

I have yet to try on jeans, or any clothes for that matter & I probably won't until a couple days before my cruise...March is coming pretty darn quick :worried:

I was happy that I needed a size 10 in Misses jeans, which they didn't have....... but the bulge of lower back fat was pretty scary.... :worried:

Walk Home -- 30 mins

6:30pm -- 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 scoop Protein Powder

Totals: 1498 cals, 42g fat (9g sat, 8g poly, 14g mono), 119g carb, 14g fiber, 165g protein
