LOL.......it was warm for a few days earlier this week, so I was wearing my running tights.... T & I passed a couple of black guys who turned to stare at me.... T yelled at them "Dream on Bros -- Dream on!!" LOL

Eh, we have on street parking, so if I drove up at night, I'd never get my parking space back.... my truck is parked right in front of my house & stays there..... ;)

9-10 am (with some breaks to choose a new program) did Yoga/Pilates sessions (3) on the VOD...... really helped my cramps, which kicked in in full force today....ugh!

15 medium shrimp + ~ 1 cup homemade Gumbo (meatless with veggies & beans)

M3 3:00pm
3oz COS pouch salmon mixed with 1/2 tblsp Wasabi Mayo & FF sour cream & chopped raw veggies
10 Ritz WW crackers
1 Diet Ginger Ale

4:30pm -- Walk to gym 30 minutes
Arms & Calves
Lying DB French Press -- 12@15, 2x8@20, 10@15
Close Grip Bench Press -- 10@20, 2x6@40, 10@30 -- weight is in addition to the bar
Standing Calf Raise -- 2x15, 1x20 @ bodyweight
Seated Alternate Curl on Multi-Bicep Machine -- 10@50/10@50, 8@60/8@60, 10@50/14@40 (all drop sets)
Cable Pressdown -- 10@70, 10@70, 10@70/10@60** Drop Set
Standing Lower-Cable Curl -- 8@60, 8@60, 10@60/10@30** Drop Set
Cable Rope Hammer Curl -- 2x8@50, 10@50/10@40** Drop Set
Seated Calf Raise -- 4x12@140

Walk around indoor track 1x, run around 9x (1 mile), walk 3 times

Walk home 30 mins

3 5/8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup spaghetti squash, 1 tblsp Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
Green salad with lettuce, 1 radish, celery & peppers, FF 1,000 Island Dressing
Few tortilla chips with cheese -- Hubby had nachos for dinner

M5 9:30pm
1 scoop protein powder + 1 tsp. Flax oil in water....

Totals: Cals 1601, 53g fat (13g sat, 8g poly, 11g mono), 135g carb, 20g fiber, 143g protein

Leave gym; walk to liquor store, then Pan Thai for takeout, then home -- total walk: 1 hour {almost didn't make this one home :worried:}

M4 7:30pm
~ 1.5 cups white rice
2 Corona Lights
Veggie dish with shrimp, chicken & pork
Some peanuts....

Totals: 1807 cals, 38g fat (11g sat, 7g poly, 12g mono), 168g carb, 18g fiber, 158g protein, 23g alcohol (9%)

It was a hellua long walk from the gym to the liquor store, then to the takeout place, then home..... whew!! I was plum tuckered out....

Which ones?? The ones the Hub told to Dream On?? LOL

Hubby wanted (& got) a six pack of Sapporo to go with his takeout.... that's all we got..... I resisted getting anything....
