Yeah Me and The Almight just fuck around on this shit. We're both really good bro's but we're goofs you know how it is. Some people are just too damn serious all the time.

BTW - in regards to Shawn well what he said was good-bye. Hehehe same thing though but yes of course we are still ok. He's a really good guy really everyone and he has NEVER done me wrong. In this game though you have to look out for yourself sometimes no matter what. You just never know who u can trust. I mean I trust him for the most part but I have "friends" who I have known all my life who I can't trust 100% still. I really thought it over deep down and I do know he has nothing but the best intentions even IF it's just for his sake. I just don't want him thinking I stepped down because I didn't have faith that he was trying to do what was best. I left for my own self. I mean I love anabolics and hardcore fitness and everything that comes along with it but im not about to fuck my life over for it. I've realized alot since coming to the boards and honestly Shawn has helped me to realize that. For that, I will always thank him.
