FYI: Took 3 days off from the gym... and ate well.... Went back into the gym today... Felt GREAT!!! Trained legs... & executed 1 hour of interval cardio
Cooked my meals for tomorrow... and here is what it will look like:
Wake: 7:45am: 2 GNC Cardio thermo system & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 1/2 scoop of oatmeal... to hold me over..
8:30am: Body Pump Class- overall weight training for the body low weight & high reps..
9:30am: 1 hour spin class
10:30pm meal 1 : Post work out shake: 2 scoops of whey & 1 cup of berries w/ 2 almonds
12:30pm meal 2: 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 5 whites
3:00pm meal 3: 4 oz grilled chick w/ whipped broccoli (looks like mashed pot) & 2 almonds
5:00pm meal 4: Same as meal 3
7:00pm meal 5: same as meal 4
7:30pm: bi's & tri's & 30mins cardio
9:00pm: Post workout shake
10pm: SLEEP!!!!
BTW: Next show will be October 21st..looking to drop another 10-15 lbs....
