Is this Deca fake?

My buddy got his Deca a couple days ago.. the pictures match up exactly.. except he's wondering about the top of it. It's norma Deca.. 2ml, the blue/white covering.
On the top it has a little slit in it I guess to open.. is that right? It seems like it's pushed in a bit.. they all look kinda pushed in... Personally I think they look real but Is it suppose to be flat with a little portioned open?

If someone could direct me to some Legit Deca I would appreciate it.

reconnect has the same deca my buddy has if its that same one you are in good shape

Well everything looks the same except for the amount in the vial. Mines only half full.. still 2ml when pulled into the syringe. Is it me or do those look FULL?

Those vials would probably hold 5ml if they were completely full.
