I'm currently 210#, 6', about 17%BF.

I'm getting ready to start T3/Clen/and gear(haven't decided which one yet) for 8 weeks...

Is it possible for me to cut down to about 11% BF.

I have always been able to lose weight easily, because of the fact that I know my body to a tee. So my diet will be dead on. Going to do cardio 5 days, HIIT 2 days a week.

I'm just wondering if it will be possible to lose 6 percent or more BF?

That translate to losing 24 pounds of fat alone in 8 weeks. It's an unrealistic goal imo. 12 weeks is more realistic time frame. Not trying to discourage you though. If you suceed in this let us know, it will be an inspiration to us all.

Actually, not wanting to argue, but 1% is 2.1 pounds X 6 (percent wanted to lose) is only 12.6 pounds total. Most say losing 1-3 pounds per week is just about right and safe - not losing too fast to lose muscle. 1.5 pounds per week for 8 weeks is 12 pounds. I think it's very doable. Good luck and let us know.

well, I think I'm going to extend this to 10 weeks. maybe 12 depending on my results.

I just wanna see abs, I've never seen my abs before and I'm 25 years old.

Sorry to pop your bubble here bro, but to see abs most of us will need to go below 10%, sometimes well below 10%.

I would say: Set yourself a 12 week goal, go with all your might, take a short break at the end of the period, and start again. Building a great body takes time.

As far as how much you want to get rid off, you are already somewhat lean, so it will take more time to get rid of fat than a fatty person. However, with the proper diet/training results will come, just hold on.

I am 38 yrs old and just now started seeing the top 4 abs. They are always the most visible right after any kind of workout.

I will have to disagree to an extent. I will agree that you will need to be below 10% to see a full 6 pack. So if the bro is anything like me, I was happy as hell when I got done with a workout one day and noticed that the were 4 abs staring back at me in the mirror. And I can assure you that I am not at 10% yet. I'd be luck if I was to make it to low 13%, Anyway, the largest fat content that I have is very low on my stomach (below the belly button and even below where I wear my pants) and it measure 18mm on the caliper.
