I just got off my lazy butt and burnt off 500 calories on my elliptical trainer. Then I ate this as my dinner. How did I do meal wise?
1 T of Oatmeal
1 T Ground Flaxseed
2-3 T of fat/low sugar vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/4th of a banana
4 Frozen Whole Starwberries
1/2 scoop of whey protien.
Blended and consume. Makes about 16 oz. Tastes kinda good.
