I would be more concerned about the estrogens from plastics (many/most plastic food packaging leaches estrogen mimicking chemicals into your food!!!!)

Think this is a minor issue? European and American sperm levels are approx 20% down on what they were 20 years ago.....! i.e. You produce less sperm than your dad. These levels have been falling for some time... many universities and governments are investigating...

Probably partly/mostly? down to estrogen mimickers found in food packaging.

oh shit, if milk has all this, oh god no, eggs come from a female chicken, which has estrogen. the carton that the eggs came in are cardboard, cardboard is a type of paper which is a part of a tree. this tree came from the ground. the ground is dirty, making the carton disgusting. and the eggs themselves could have been packaged by a female which has estrogen. man, don't worry about it. milk is good for you. like other guys said, if it had that much estrogen in it, everyone on this planet would have tits.

Actualy I am glad someone brought up eggs, I was going to post some info and relate it to eggs, Eggs contain something like 1500mg of estrogen, I don't know that this figure is exact but the point is it contains high levels. For the same resons that test for the most part will not work oraly because our digestive system destroys it. the same is true of estrogen, Yes it is in some of the foods we eat. But poses no threat to our manly looks
