Meal 1: 5 egg whites, big bowl of oatmeal and 2 pieces of toast
Meal 2: 1 Can of tuna mixed with 2 table spoons of mayo
Meal 3: Chicken Breast, 1 large baked potatoe, 1 salad with
fat free dressing
Meal 4: 1/2 Gallon of skim milk
Meal 5: Depends on what mom made that day. Say 1 plate of
Hamburger helper.
Meal 6: Big steak
Meal 7: 1 more plate of hamburger helper
Meal 8: Isopure packet with, natural penut butter, and honey.
Post Workout
I usually try and drink a gallon of skim milk and a gallon of water a day. This makes up for my lazyness when it comes to eating more calories and protein.
Note that this daily diet changes quit often with me taking left overs to work and what not! I also eat out about twice a week!
All I want to do is eat, eat, eat. This gets me in trouble because I like to eat whatever is around even if it is not clean. I hate that fucking machine in the break room at work!
My bench is up about 20-25lbs. My dead lifts are up about 40lbs. A lot of this might be mental though. I have never really watched my BF%. I have just learned over the last month or so how important it is and will be taking it on a weekly bases after my cycle ends. Don't flame my diet too much. I can eat more if I wanted to and could afford to. LOL! Thanks guys!
