Is it possible for a male to give birth?

Getting ready to end week 4 of my test/deca cycle and I feel like I am having a baby. Since, this is my first cycle I cannot tell what is water and what is fat! I do not have money to buy Armidex or L-dex so I am thinking about trying Nolvadex at 40mg a day (which I already have). I have enough to run 40mg a day for 30 days. That would put me at about week 9. Any pros or cons? When this shit really kicks in will the water weight become worse or better? Oh yeah! I started at 177lbs and I am now at 190lbs. Thanks guys!:inflate:
 
so u're saying your up 13lbs on your first cycle ever, and most likely all those 13lbs are fat?

I really do not know! I do know that I look bigger up top but it feels like it is all in the stomach area. I have been told that I am getting bigger but I have also been told I am getting fatter as well. I wish there was an easier way of telling fat from water. If anyone has any tricks please let me know! Will 40 mg of nolva answer this question?
 
benchpress is right--- strength is a good measurer for saying either fat or muscle gain.

Most likely it's half water (7 lbs) especially with deca and test--- What the hell have you been eating anyways?
 
well, now is the time u'll see most of REAL gains anyways.. before it was just building up in your body... how many calories are u consuming a day anways and how clean is the food?
 
Meal 1: 5 egg whites, big bowl of oatmeal and 2 pieces of toast
Meal 2: 1 Can of tuna mixed with 2 table spoons of mayo
Meal 3: Chicken Breast, 1 large baked potatoe, 1 salad with
fat free dressing
Meal 4: 1/2 Gallon of skim milk
Meal 5: Depends on what mom made that day. Say 1 plate of
Hamburger helper.
Meal 6: Big steak
Meal 7: 1 more plate of hamburger helper
Meal 8: Isopure packet with, natural penut butter, and honey.
Post Workout

I usually try and drink a gallon of skim milk and a gallon of water a day. This makes up for my lazyness when it comes to eating more calories and protein.

Note that this daily diet changes quit often with me taking left overs to work and what not! I also eat out about twice a week!
All I want to do is eat, eat, eat. This gets me in trouble because I like to eat whatever is around even if it is not clean. I hate that fucking machine in the break room at work!

My bench is up about 20-25lbs. My dead lifts are up about 40lbs. A lot of this might be mental though. I have never really watched my BF%. I have just learned over the last month or so how important it is and will be taking it on a weekly bases after my cycle ends. Don't flame my diet too much. I can eat more if I wanted to and could afford to. LOL! Thanks guys!
 
Same Situation..

I'm in same situation Matt.. first cycle.. end of my 4th week of 400mg/wk Test Enan. I am getting nice size on shoulders and arms but getting a gut too... my strength gains going through roof though. Just get your diet back in order. Thats what i'm going to try and straighten out. Right now we should be getting the results we are lookin for.
