Is it OK to train abs every training day?

If you can train a bodypart every day, you obviously can't be training it very hard.

Going with this logic, you can train biceps every day -- if you just do 2 sets a day or work them so light it doesn't matter.
 
twice a week if i'm able, usually too sore to do more than that.

liek someone above me said....if your able to do it everyday you obviously can't be hitting them that hard.
 
I hit mine three times a week. (Every training day except leg day.) I don't do a lot, but I do it with weight. I have seen noticeable changes in my deadlifts and squats since I started doing this.

But like Ffactor said, now my fat sticks out farther. Oh well....I wanted functionality, not looks.
