Is coscto a good alterantive?

weekly I get tuna cans , fresh chicken frosen chicken
meat balls ,bagles ,hole turkey breast ,frozen veg,
wall nuts , milk ,eggs ,auusie bites.

Another + for Costco is that a local study was done on the cleanliness of the meat prep/butcher areas & the existence of bacteria, etc......well Costco is considered the role model of cleanliness....they are the epitome of clean.....
 
Their price on milk and eggs is reason enough to shop there. Other great deals include tuna, cottage cheese, almonds, spices, red wine, and of course steak and pork.

Yep, and I buy their Kirkland coffee, too. I really like their Flank steak and Sirloins, and of course, their Porterhouses...Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm.
 
I would like to add, frozen vegetables are often more nutritious than "fresh." Freshly frozen vegetables maintain their nutritional status. "Fresh" vegetables will lose nutrients as they sit in storage, are shipped to the destination and sit in the store waiting to be purchased. The only way to guarantee yourself the most nutricious vegetables is to purchase them from a farmers market where they've been picked in the last few days.
