lol........idk bro all my lifts went up when I used it and I was on a Calorie deficit at the time and i have absolutely nothing to gain from how much people buy this shit. Maybe if you actually put a littel time and effort in your diet then it woulda worked out better for you. I know i wouldn't drop a bunch a cash on supps or steroids and not eat right......But's that's just me tho
