Hi just introducing myself, 22 years old student, been training for 5 years and am 5 weeks into my first cycle of Test and Nandrolone. (I know I should of done just Test but I was under influence of a coach that I have now left).
When I started lifting I was severely underweight at 55kg for 179cm. I started my cycle at 74kg and am currently weighing 81kg, I have added 10kg to bench and squat and increased my 10rep max on squat by 20kg.
Just want any advice people can give me in regards to making the most out of my first cycle? Thanks
