I'm 28 years old and new to the board. (5'6 137 pounds) I've been in the gym steadily for about a year now. I basically lost my boob fullness to Cardio and weight training so I went out and bought a set a few months ago. Now I'm back at the gym full time again since surgery. I bike a few miles a day and weight train in the evening. I'm back on my 1560 Calorie diet that my trainer put me on and I now plan to bulk up as much as I can naturally. I'd like to get to the point of competing but I have a road ahead of me!!

Welcome to the boards sister!! Dont be afraid to ask questions on here!!

Hi, I am new to this board and to everything in fact. I am 6'3" 250lbs and have no idea on my BF%. I just started working out again after having stopped last year. Hopefully I can seek some answers here.

Hi, I am 21 years old and I am a student. I am on my way to receive Bachelors in International Bussiness. I like to play many different sports, especially basketball. I didn't have a chance to do any weight training when I was a teenager since I had problems with my back growing up. Now that I am physically mature I am serious about lifting, getting bigger, stronger and more powerfull.

I am 5'11", 183 pounds, 14-15% BF. I just started lifting intensly 4 weeks ago and yesterday I tested myself: I squated (bellow parallel) 275, attempted 285 and failed, then I benched 215, attempted 220 and failed half way up and lastly I was surprised with my deadlift which ended at 325, tried 335 but failed. Now these numbers for most of you veterans are nothing but considering I've been in this game for only 4 weeks, I am happy with my results.

I am really glad I came across this board. It seems that there are a lot of veteran lifters who can give advice from experience. I an tired of message boards with bunch of 16 year olds with 600 lbs benches, 900 lbs squats and 50 inch verticals. I am looking forward to checking here often and learn more.

I am a once competitive powerlifter turned bodybuilder. I am 6'2'', and currently weigh about 217-220. I am on what could be called a "contest diet" currently. Trying to see my abs, which has I have never accomplished before. Always been strong, especially my back, but always been at about 20% body fat. Trying to trade in my squat suit for a pair of posing trunks, I guess.
