Introduce yourself

Hey welcome to the boards bro. Good luck with all your goals. As you'll soon find out, there's a wealth of info floating around these boards. As for HST...start out by checking the sticky here in the training and bodybuilding discussion board about training and techniques. Some good info there on HST and many others.

Thanks zxeOO3,

I'll look for it now. This place is huge. I still don't know where the bathroom is in this place.:)

I've been watching these boards for a while, but never felt encouraged to post like I do after reading this thread. I'm really impressed with the level of support and sense of community on these boards.

I'm 25 and thoroughly frustrated with my physique.
I'm 5'6" and an unimpressive 140 pounds, after lifting for three years, before which I was . . . . 140 pounds. I'm hoping that through the Elite Fitness community I can find the insights I'll need to put on a few coveted pounds of quality mass.

If any of you old pros are up to a challenge, I'm a guy with poor genetics, a lot of frustration and nothing to lose. I'm open to suggestion and prepared to go the distance.

Hey guys,

Basics. I'm a 36 year old male. Height 6.5ft,weight 225 (approx).

I was recommended to this site by a friend at the gym. I'm not an avid lifter, or at least have never been in the past. I've always had a good metabolism, and am pretty active generally. My natural build has always been pretty good as well, but definitely not "bodybuilder" material. Now as I'm getting older, I find myself needing to work harder just to maintain. More importantly, I know there is a lot of wasted effort on my part, and I'm anxious to start working smarter.

What really prompted me was a friend telling me about HST. If anyone is familiar with it,good or bad, I would appreciate any help in learning more. If there is a better way, I'd be anxious to hear about that as well. My goals are not that different than most non professionals. Any added muscle would be great, as well as a more sensical and efficient workout routine. I especially want to work on my abs, which have never been that great (no six pack) but have been tight. Also, I have very long arms, and I feel as though they hamper me with bench exercises. Any advice in that direction would be helpful.

Welcome to the boards brother!! Glad to have you aboard!! Dont be afraid to ask questions on here. Id be glad to help you with anything I can. PM me anytime. Keep it up!!

:FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol: The only regrets I have are the things that have made me smaller and weaker in the past. :alien: :alien: Things like eating my own flesh, and monogomy. You know, the things that no one likes to talk about.

You have a wonderful FUCKIN day!!!!
