well,i am new here ,and i hope to get the best out of this board.i weigh 150 pounds now from 143ponds,after a month and half of weight traning.i have one trouble though i have a little gut and i feel i shouldn't have one.my body fat percentage is 10.i am not using any supplementation yet,what do you feel about amino acids ,cause i only want it natural,does it work,i want to get bigger ,but it is fustrating,i mean the gains.
i have big arms for my body 14.4 inches up from 13,chest 37inchjes up from 35.waist 30.5 up from 3o.pls help me how do i get bigger
