That's awesome. What are yoru stats (weight and best lifts)? DO you trin westside? You know there's a forum here just for powerlifting.
 
My stats ok:
weight 202 pounds
the best lifts
bench pres 300 pounds earlier 380 but quite cheating.
deadlifts 340 pounds
squat 420pounds

it's not mach but i hope that i will do better.And now tell me your the best result and your wise exercise.

Well I have never done a 1RM of squats but I once did an amrap exercise that calculated out to 454 lbs. I doubt I could actually do that though. I was about 170#.

I deadlifted 405 at about 180 or so, that's my best lift by far.

Best bench was 205 at around 170. I surely got stronger, I never quite coudl get 225 though, and then I broke my elbow so no benching for me.

well,i am new here ,and i hope to get the best out of this board.i weigh 150 pounds now from 143ponds,after a month and half of weight traning.i have one trouble though i have a little gut and i feel i shouldn't have one.my body fat percentage is 10.i am not using any supplementation yet,what do you feel about amino acids ,cause i only want it natural,does it work,i want to get bigger ,but it is fustrating,i mean the gains.
i have big arms for my body 14.4 inches up from 13,chest 37inchjes up from 35.waist 30.5 up from 3o.pls help me how do i get bigger

One of the things I liked about being your size is running and jumping. Both are easy at your weight. Now I weight like 240 and it's much harder to get up and reject somebody shot ... "get that shit outta here!"

At your size all you really need to do is
1. eat more
2. life more
3. less cardio

The diet links will be especially helpful to you, with the exception being my diet which you don't want to do. I want to get rid of some hamhock before I post any pictures
