Intermittent fasting

I too want to give it a shot. I am not interested in losing mass or weight, but want a leaner look while mnainting my weight. We will see how it goes.
 
I like IF a lot. I can sleep instead of eating and cleaning breakfast. Less time preparing lunches. I just make 2 dinners and that's it. My work days are a minimum of 12 hours so less prep is great for extra sleep. Feel good and mentally aware.
 
I will be giving it a go in a couple weeks. I'm partial to bulking on cycle and cutting after during PCT and BRIDGE... fixing to run my bridge and try IF. 16 hour fast from 9-1ish. then feed from 1-9. we will see how i adjust. Gonna have lots of BCAA's, black coffee and green tea in stock. My schedule this month is perfect to give it a go. I'm really looking forward to dropping some bf and getting closer to single digits.
 
16 hour fast with an 8 hour feed each day. I go 20-30% over maintenance on workout days and the same amount under maintenance on non-workout or cardio days.

I noticed that one program calls for two 24 hour fasts a week and yours is 16 hours fast, 8 hour feed. What is the difference, or benefits of one vs the other...if you dont mind sharing your experience.

Can someone post an example of an IF meal plan. You can use ur own or use a 200lb person as example. Just not sure how to split the calories up in 8hr.

I do about 25% in my first meal. Then 50% then 25% again. But i workout after the first meal so thats why i dont eat to much before that. You should have your biggest meal after your workout imo

I eat my normal cutting diet, same calls and macros just in an 8 hour time frame. I go to gym at 6 pm after work so I fast till noon. Eat again at 3 then big meal at 8ish after the gym.
 
I did IF and warrior diet. I could never stick with the 6 meals a day thing, it was too much. I felt horrible constantly stuffing my face with food. I feel happier, lighter, more energetic and have better mental clarity with IF or WD. oh and working out on an empty stomach are usually my best workouts.
 
I use it on occasion. Buy bulk bcaa n flavored creatine for during workout.
I lift 6am most days so I break fast around 2 (during school year I break around 4-5pm eat till 9:30.
First day or two is though mentally after that, it's a breeze because you eat a bunch of food in 2-3 meals. Make sure to eat your proteins/fats/veggies first then carbs. For extra protein, sip on protein shakes during your allotted eating hours.
