how to start with fasting?

I’m very new to fasting and I’m curious how I can start with it. My main goals are health and also body fat loss.
Can you give me some fasting protocols that have worked for you that a newbie to this can start.
I’m 228 lbs and I’m 5’10” and I would like to lose about 10 or 15 lbs and get healthier.
 
you can try to do a 24-hour fast it's pretty simple lunch to lunch or dinner to dinner
 
it's much easier if you work your way up it's a great thing to do
 
If you're new to fasting and want to lose fat and feel healthier, a good way to start is by picking a set time to eat each day. For example, you could eat between 12pm and 8pm and fast the rest of the time. During the fasting hours, just drink water, black coffee, or tea with no sugar. It might feel tough at first, but your body gets used to it pretty quickly.

When you do eat, try to keep your meals simple and healthy. Focus on eating enough protein, some veggies, and avoid snacks or sugary foods. You don’t need to be perfect, just make better choices.

Also, staying active will help a lot. Even just walking every day can make a difference. Since you’re 228 lbs, dropping 10 or 15 lbs is very doable if you stay consistent. Fasting can help, but what you eat still matters. Keep it simple, and you’ll see progress.
