Hi everyone, new to this but here goes,
I am female currently 5"6 140 lbs i have gained 20 pounds in the last year and am so down and fed up and ready to get back my slimmer figure!
I start back in uni in 3-4 weeks and with the help of an eca stack,intermittent fast with 16 hour fasting period 8 hour eating period and diet along the lines of
Breakfast: apple + 2 eggs (scrambled/boiled)
snack:carrot sticks/ almonds
lunch: homemade veg soup
Dinner: chicken/ turkey with veg
plenty of water aswell
I will exercise 6 days a week 45 mins-1hr
Will i be able to reach near my goal weight?
I will continue on with healthy eating after this time obviously but i would really lke to be able to gain my confidence back nd walk around uni without feeling uncomfortable!
