Injection ?

I'm currently doing test prop thigh injections 2x per week. For some reason I get a little soreness about 2 inches away form where the needle went in. Any of you had the same thing? If so, why is that? Should I even worry?

Also, I'm using a 23g 1inch to do them with. Yes, I aspirate and am using a sterile technique. Thanks in advance guys.
