Incline db curls are putting some size on my bis!

Excellent choice of exercise!!! I also like to perform these using a 45 degree incline. They are great, because you can get that full stretch.
 
When I want to take my forearms out of the equation I do incline dumbells. It really focuses on my bis.
 
I love the incline dumbbell curl exercise it's the best at really targeting and making the bi's work hard. As for size building. I've put on over a 1/4" on my arms, in the last 7 weeks using the 5x5 routine and weighted dips for tri's and standing barbell curls for the bi's. My arms have always been strong but sort of stagnent with the growth. This routine rocks!!
