Incline Bench worth the trouble?

Me training buddies just went out and bought metal and made a very nice incline bench. There wanting to use it alot and I'm all for it if it will help my bench. I know it will help build my upper chest which needs it badly but I'm more concrened with maxing m bench out. If it is worth using what kind of lifts should I be doing on it. Just stright benching? Dumbells? What about a cambered bar for incline? I had thought about that but didn'tknow if I would mess anything up or not.
 
incline narrow presses can help your bench. i guess if you have weak front delts regular inclines can help. from a PL perspective. never tried cambered bar inclines.

for BB'ing the a necessity
 
I know it will help define my pecks, upper espically. I need that bad right now but if its not really going to help my bench I won't try to hit it as hard. We have just changed routines and we do them 2 nights a week. Mondays we go heavy, 3 sets, 8, 6, 4
Thursdays 3 sets of 10 with BD's and bands. May not do anything but hurt my bench, if it does that I will know to rop them all togehter.

I don't know but I have really found that incline press has helped me get stronger on bench after really focusing on form and feel the ROM on this I really see and feel the difference I actually use it as a power movement......I really dont flat bench at all....after doing this for a 1 year I was stuck at 375 on flat now...I push it on incline for 3 and and pushin 405 on flat for a very strict rep.

when i was training westside , close grip inclines had great carry-over to flat bench . Now I do MM and the incline bench is used to rest on while waiting for my turn on the flat bench :)
 
I hate doing incline, I guess mainly because I'm week at it but I think I will give it a try for a while and see if I can tell any improvements in it.
 
I heard that incline close grip is an excellent supplementary exercies with Westside for the RAW lifter.
 
Yes, what most people dont realise is that the bench shirt changes the mechanics of the bench press.
 
my week point is my tris and I feel like I have been getting a good workong on my tris when inclining. I never do on flat bench, boards, anything.
