Me training buddies just went out and bought metal and made a very nice incline bench. There wanting to use it alot and I'm all for it if it will help my bench. I know it will help build my upper chest which needs it badly but I'm more concrened with maxing m bench out. If it is worth using what kind of lifts should I be doing on it. Just stright benching? Dumbells? What about a cambered bar for incline? I had thought about that but didn'tknow if I would mess anything up or not.
