In less than 8 months, I have increased my bench by 100+ lbs...And my first PR story!

I figured i'd post this, since I feel pretty good about it. I am pretty new to the board, so most people dont know me but I have posted a few times about a serious rotator cuff injury I had, which resulted in surgery and 3 LONG years out of the gym :bawling: . Well, those 3 yrs have passed and I got back into the gym towards the end of last year starting VERY light until I felt comfortable with my shoulder. After a solid 2 months of light weight, and 15 rep sets I started to get serious. Long story short, when I got back into it, my bench was a lousy 165 lbs max....

As of today, I left the gym with an accomplished workout as follows:
Flat bench 10x8x6x5: 185x10, 195x8, 205x6, 225x5
Flat DB bench 4x6: 70x6, 75x6, 80x6, 85x6
Weighted Dips: 35 plate x 8, 45 plate x 8, 55 lbs x8

There is more, but i'll leave you with this. I dont usually post PR's and stuff, but i'm feelin pretty good about this so I figured i'd share.

I didn't really do anything special. No roids, no Andro, nothing of that sort. Just a lot of dedication, trying to eat the best I can, and an occasionaly cycle of Creatine.

Cheers :D
