Finally after 5 friggin weeks away from the gym I'm back. If you guys remember I was about to start my cycle when I ripped up my shoulder during a stupid arm wrestling tournament. It killed me, but I took a good five weeks completly off from any upper body. This week I lifted pretty light and I feel good. Next week I'll go a little harder and so on. I thought it would have been worse, I only lost like 5lbs. I'll tell you one thing after this time away it deffiantly made me appreciate how important good health is. Sorry about this post, but I'm so excited I had to brag to someone. Look out baby, I'm back!!
