Igf-1 lr3 help

I ended up having to drop my aas cycle and am going to run IGF-1 LR3 at 40mcg bilaterally ed. Due to the difficulty I'm having finding sterile .6% acetic acid I'm having to create my own. I'm also struggling to find a whatman syringe filter, but i did find Kendall Monoject filter needles with polypropelene hub. My question is will this work to make my unsterile .6% acetic acid sterile once I draw it from the vial to reconstitute my IGF-1 LR3, or does anyone have any other suggestions for how to do this?
