Well, this may not make sense, but I don't want hear I'm right. It was a long post about intestines and poo but I wrote it less to make a point but more because, even though I don't "know" you, I have concern for your health and well being.
And supplemental fiber is just that, only about 5 grams of insoluble fiber. Not the best solution, and not roughage. A high fiber cereal, fruit and salads and fresh veggies are much more pleasant, really. I'd rather eat a bowl of brown rice, broccoli and greens than suck down a couple of glasses of Benifiber any day of the week
