Cayenne pepper has help ed me out, but I consume WAYYYYYY more than a normal human being would. I take it for medicinal purposes and this is one herb that taking the capsules is not a good idea, you have to have it in hot beverage or food.Cherries help me go and they taste so good. Coffee also makes me go.
I love when I am super regular it often happens mid way through a contes prep I go like 30-45 minutes after eating every single time I eat that is like heavin to me. LOL
On the plus side, 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper in your chicken and rice makes you drink a helluva lot of water
