Just curious about this. Whenever my doc releases from my back injury to lift again I will be starting to cut up. I will be lifting on Mon, Wed, Fri and in the am on Tues/Thurs I will be doing a HIT style sprinting routine that last 15 mins. But I because of time constraints on the other days of the week I will not be able to do cardio in the am. So what is the next best way to do it? How long should you wait after eating before hitting it in the afternoons so that it will have about the same effect as doing it in the morning??? Anyone had success with this?
