How many people on here think they could cretique it and tell me what i need to work on? Im thinkin about a bodybuilding compitition and wondering what i need work on. If i do post a pic, should it be standing there or in poses? Also, how do i post a pic?

Go ahead, I'll probably be doing the same thing later, it's a good way to get feedback. I would go with poses, that way we can see what you need to work on. I don't think you can post unless you platinum though, but then you can just email them to one of us that is

Yea I would do mostly poses. You might for example post them at a place like iwon or someplace like that. They have a free photo center ther wher you could upload your pics. Then you could post the link here.

needsize, whats your stats? You look big as hell!

That pic in my avatar is from oct and is about 15lbs smaller, I just took some new pics in the gym today, just waiting for my buddy to get home so he can scan them, I'm 5'9", and 220lbs, guessing 8% bodyfat

I think that all comments regarding pics are useful, I will recomend first standing normal relaxed position and then the mandatory poses of the competition, because then you will have two reference points. I will give you comments, try to give stats for your bi's, forearms, calves etc... remember in competitions they look for symmetry and having more information will be useful so that others help you.

THANX, when i get pics il let you guys know. I guess im gonna have to do measurements too. Not sure entirely how to do them, but it shouldnt b hard. Im only 19 so dont expect me to be too big. Only thing im embarrased about is i KNOW you look smaller in pictures. lol
