Found this in this forum and it's not bad.
1% milk, All Natural Peanut Butter, uncooked oatmeal, flax oil and chocolate whey isolate...throw it in the vita mix and drink....it's filling too.
1/4c rolled oats (dry) mixed w/ 2Tbsp natural PB........is kindofa pasty mess, but tastes pretty good......course it could b my sense of taste isn't the strongest at that time of the day Somethin 2 try
Damn, that sounds good cat...I have been eating quacker, when I buy the old fashioned kind, do I cook the same way (prepare I mean)>???? just add milk and/or water and oats and then nuke? please help me
