I'll be damn!! Thought I was gonna be stuck there! I kept complaining I was getting a charlie horse in my feet but then when I went to push the clutch in my car.......oh the pain in my calve muscle...charlie horse!! I had to get out the car and try to work it out. I did enough to get me going but I had to push the gas in with my heel and not push clutch in all the way! That sucks!

I am allergic to bannanas and I take a daily multivitamin what else can I do to prevent these from happening? Oh and I pretty much only drink water, very seldom do I dring anything else.

You said you were allergic to bananas. potassium pills.

I took two different things when needing that stuff. i forget what the other one was.

Maybe taurine as well? I have to check.

Cramps are usually associated with a mineral deficiency or imbalance (either sodium, calcium, potassium or magnesium). You could just take a general multi-mineral supplement. In my experience it's damned easy to throw mineral balance out of whack when you take individual supplements, and mineral imbalance causes the body to leach the "balancing" mineral from some other source, e.g., calcium balances potassium so if you have too much potassium you're risking your bones, etc. It's even easy to screw things up when you take a multimineral supplement, and since you already have something out of balance, for a long term approach you might want to try a lifestyle approach. You could get a small bottle of multiminerals and take them for about a week or so, and then just take one once or twice a week.

Additionally, switching to a whole food multi, as opposed to a regular multivitamin, might help. Making sure you're consistently getting enough nutrient dense fresh veggies (broccoli, kale, sweetpotatoes, etc.), would be the most natural approach. You might even want to think about trying adding green food beverage (something like Kyo-Green is pretty palatable, even if it's pricey).

Avoiding things like white flour foods and refined sugars is really important because shit like that actually screws your mineral balance up, too.

I am gonna go to the pharmacy today and stock up, I never want to experience that agian. I have had them before but that was the worst ever!!
