Sounds like regular cramping.
Good to be getting lots of water.
Stretch and massage should help.

I am gonna go to the pharmacy today and stock up, I never want to experience that agian. I have had them before but that was the worst ever!!
You'd do better finding a good health food store or specialty vitamin shop nearby. Better selection, plus the stuff you get in a pharmacy is overpriced and you're paying for fillers and artificial colors, etc.

I'm on a frigging first name basis with the people at the nearby Vitamin Shoppe. I've switched 90% of my purchases over to mail order to cut down on costs (shopping around some places offer flat rate shipping if you make a minimum order). I think now I'm saving anywhere from $50 to $100 a month, easy. For me the killer is the advance planning.

taurine works wonders... I would get intense cramps when I was training. Low potas... but with the diet my body just didn't cling well with bananna's or potas pills. Taurine was a life saver.

Humm, I don't think we have a food health store here. Think I should look online then? I can only think of pharmacy's or the health store where I get my protein powder that is around here...but I don't think they sell stuff like that.
