I Want to Start T (Vancouver)

Ive done all my research, the only problem I have left and it's driving my crazy is that i dont know where to buy from, I know a site from the U.S that is trustworthy but I can't risk that because I'm on probation and canadian customs are strict. How should I go about getting what I need I live in Vancouver, Canada
